Portal

  1. What is the Portal? It is your private enablement platform for managing your AI projects, building Brain Atoms, Interactive AI Training Centre, LMS settings, private communities, scheduling appointments, manage billings and more.

  2. How do I log in to the portal? Visit secure.i-val-u.com and enter the credentials you receive via e-mail from I-VAL-U when the Pro Plan payments has been completed successfully.

  3. Where can I see my interaction history? The "Logs" section in the menu allows you to audit your interactions and previous portal sessions.

  4. How do I update my personal information? You can modify your profile, email, and password within the "Profile Settings" area.

  5. Is my data secure in the portal? Yes, all data is provided with Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 with a preferred AES 256 bit algorithm in CBC mode and 2048-bit server key length with industry-leading modern browsers. Also our portal is PCI/DDS, GDPR and HIPAA compliant.

  6. Where do I manage my subscription? Your current plan details and billing history are located under the "Office" or "Billing" tab.

  7. Can I download my data? Yes, the portal provides options to export your logs and "Brain Atoms" for your own records.

  8. How do I delete my account? Account deletion requests can be initiated within the settings menu or by contacting info@i-val-u.com.

  9. How do I find my TSIA rules? Your saved Temporary System Instruction Addenda (TSIAs) are managed within your project section (Brain Atoms).

SHOP

  1. What can I purchase in the I-VAL-U Shop? The shop offers Contextual Brain Atoms, specialized AI personalities for each role, expertise or industry as pre-built templates.

  2. Do I need a separate login for the shop? No, everyone can access the shop without any registrations. Only the checkout we ask for your payment credentials.

  3. How is payment handled? We use Stripe for all transactions, ensuring a secure and compliant payment process.

  4. Where can I find my digital downloads? Once purchased, your digital assets and "Brain Atom" templates are available in your "Orders" or "Downloads" section.

  5. How do I upgrade my subscription? We don’t offer subscriptions on our shop.

  6. Are there any free resources in the shop? Occasionally, we offer free "Starter Kits" or introductory templates to help beginners get started.

  7. How do I access my invoices? During the checkout you can download the invoice directly of via our purchase confirmation mail.

  1. What is the AI Academy? It is our structured learning environment designed to help you master Brain Atoms through guided coaching.

  2. How do I start my first lesson? After logging in at ai-val-u.my-ai.coach, follow the "Learning Path" on your dashboard.

  3. Is the AI Coach available 24/7? Yes, the AI Coach is always ready to provide feedback and help you refine your Brain Atoms.

  4. Do I need technical skills to use the Coach? No, the Academy is specifically designed for non-technical beginners and professionals. We also provide voice support in more then 25 languages.

  5. Where do I track my progress? Your dashboard shows a progress bar for each course and any rewards you have earned.

  6. How do I interact with the AI Coach? You can either talk or type your questions or ideas directly into the coach interface to receive instant strategic feedback.

  7. Is there a community aspect to the Academy? While learning is individual, you can share your Academy milestones and questions in the main I-VAL-U Community.

  8. Are there different courses for different levels? Yes, the menu allows you to choose between "Foundational," "Pro," and "Specialist" learning tracks.

  9. How do I get a certificate of completion? Once you finish all modules in a course, completed our LMS courses and Brain Atoms projects in our portal, then you have earned a certification.
